Some of our clients engage us not only to seek planning consent but also to see the project through to completion. After planning consent is obtained, our role is to: |

- Construct the Building Regulation application drawings and specification
- Provide construction drawings
- Construct tender documentation
- Analyse tenders
- Advise on appointment of builders (under appropriate form of building contract)
- Monitor the construction of the project
- Certify appropriate monthly payments to builders
- Finalise handover to clients
- Agree final building cost account
- Monitor the defects liability period
