Specialises in Planning matters, assessment of development potential and design concept ranging from alterations and extensions to Listed Buildings to contemporary architecture.  Over 30 years experience in both the construction industry and property development.  Formulates planning application/appeal strategy.  Diligently and creatively constructs the written justification for planning approval.  Considerable experience and knowledge of Listed Buildings and provides 'Expert Witness' opinion for historic buildings.

Barry Child

Architectural Technician

With projects involving existing buildings, his accuracy with survey and survey drawings is fundamental to the process of designing alterations and extensions to existing buildings. He also brings over 30 years experience to the production of Building Regulations and construction drawings.

Anthony Humphris

CAD Technician

Previously head of a graphics department working with engineering and structural publications.  Years of experience training in colour production and 3D graphics.  Proficient in the use of AutoCAD 2004, now produces computerised drawings and 3-dimensional elevations

Mary Holt

Worked with Olorun part-time for 7 years until joining the company full-time in 2006.  Has developed both design and drawing skills including freehand illustration and assists with the preparation and construction of planning applications. Constructs and manages the website.
