Agricultural Diversification - Equestrian Centres and Livery Yards

PROJECT TITLE: Demolition of agricultural building and replacement with stable building, access track, outdoor 'all-weather manege and 'Change of Use' of agricultural land to the keeping of horses.
 
    Agricultural building as was existing    
 
This project was one of 'farm diversification', namely the replacement of the existing agricultural building with a purpose-built stable building, sited on the same footprint, with approximately the same ridge height.

The layout of the building includes 13no stables, tack room, feed room, office, hosing room and bedding store at mezzanine level above the tack room and feed room at the gable end.

PROJECT TITLE: 'Change of Use' of a farm to the 'keeping, breeding and schooling' of event horses.

 

 

 

 

This 'event' horse breeding and schooling centre included stabling, under cover exercise area, all-weather manège and groom's on-site accommodation.
