| This project was one of 'farm diversification', namely the replacement of the existing agricultural building with a purpose-built stable building, sited on the same footprint, with approximately the same ridge height. |

| The layout of the building includes 13no stables, tack room, feed room, office, hosing room and bedding store at mezzanine level above the tack room and feed room at the gable end. |
